Dessert Shops in Klang Valley

1) Beloved & Co @ Bukit Jalil

This cosy space at Signature Bukit Jalil combines a gown rental boutique and a cafe, with the latter offering scrumptious pastries and desserts such as thick bread slathered with homemade biscoff sauce and sliced bananas, banana loaf and colourful macaroons. Also not to be missed: their signature refreshing Earl Grey cake that goes well with a cup of tea or coffee. Or cool down with one of their speciality beverages, namely the citrusy and butterfly pea flower-based Magic Lemonade.

2) Cakies @ TTDI

Beyond its small-shop setting lies a decadent range of cakes and other freshly-baked goods that will have you spoilt for choices. They have few of them you can try here such as their popular Pandan Gula Melaka sliced cakes, chocolate croissants and most interesting of all, bomboloni. They are basically the Italian version of doughnuts covered in granulated sugar and stuffed with sweet fillings.

4) Engi Patisserie @ Taman Taynton View, Cheras

Amidst all the old-school shophouses lining the neighbourhood of Taman Taynton View in Cheras lies a modern patisserie, which feels like an odd one out. But then again, there's the beauty of it as Engi Patisserie offers those who stay around the area and passerby to taste their range of freshly-baked croissants, tarts and sliced cakes. They also served pancakes as well, specifically the honey-layered Sourdough Pancake. Toppings include toasted coconuts, selected berries, hazelnuts, icing sugar, rose petals and butter.
