Master Chef N.K. Lau founded Eastern Dragon Restaurant back in 1986, where the place is renowned for its signature Peking Duck and Hang Zhou "Dong Po" (braised pork belly) Meat. The restaurant serves assorted seafood dishes as well and if you are looking for some recommendations, there are a few of them to try here. This includes the likes of Salt & Pepper Sotong, Salted Egg Yolk Crab, Prawn with Salad & Sesame and Steamed Scallops with XO Sauce.
